Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition.
• Item must be returned with original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method (where applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Products showing signs of wear after use.
• Items returned after the return period.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs will be covered by KickBazar.
